The DT 400 works with standard cold water power washers (100–250 bar, 12–25 L/min) to generate a fine mist that efficiently suppresses airborne dust and odours. Using high-pressure atomisation from a single nozzle, 60% of the water creates the airflow while the rest is atomised for suppression. Drive water can be recycled back to the washer or safely discharged, helping reduce water waste.

With no need for electricity, the DT 400 operates entirely on water power, delivering flexibility to work up to 75 m from the washer. Operators can adjust the mist angle and switch between dust and odour control by simply changing the nozzle. Its quiet operation and precise water usage make it an environmentally considerate choice, while the atomised mist is far safer for operators than traditional high-pressure jets.

For longer-term or integrated site use, the DT 400 can be mounted to Brendon’s BBW Bowserwashers in a bolt-on configuration (DT 400BM), offering over three hours of runtime from a single tank.
